You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by writing to us. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. We reserve the right to review the activity and status of each account and block the account of a member based on such review.
You confirm that as of the date of this registration, you do not object to receiving emails, messages, and calls from us and our members.
Multiple profiles of the same person or organization are not allowed.
You cannot engage in advertising to or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service without explicit consent.
We have zero tolerance towards abuse. We reserve the right to terminate service, contract, membership, or any legal relation without notice or refunds in case of any harassment or abuse.
You agree that we may delete any content that in our sole judgment violates this agreement or is offensive, illegal, or might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of our members.
By posting content to any public area of The Global Studies, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content.
Payment is due in full 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is dated. On completion or termination of the project, payment should be made in full within this timeframe by cash, online payment, cheque, or bank transfer. Invoices will include any relevant taxes or other charges.
The Global Studies owns and retains all proprietary rights in the site and service. You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site.
We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or unauthorized access to user communications.
We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, or software.
